Check In & Inventory
A Check-In & Inventory report provides a full itinerary of the furnishings and fittings within a property, including detailed descriptions and photos of each item. This is typically taken immediately prior to a tenancy, to ensure there is an accurate and independent record of the property contents and condition. Meeting tenants and handing over keys is included in this service at no additional charge.
Our property viewing service allow landlords and agents to get on with more important aspects of their business.
Mid-term Inspections are carried out semi-annually, to identify issues prior to the end of the tenancy, and reassure landlords that the property is being used appropriately.
Legionella bacteria, the cause of Legionnaires’ Disease, grows within stagnant bodies of water. We offer Legionnaires’ risk assessments to evaluate whether a property’s water system is susceptible to Legionella bacteria and for higher risk properties we provide periodic water flushing services.
Smoke and CO Alarm Installation
We assess properties’ compliance with current regulations (Smoke and Carbon Monoxide Alarm Regulations 2015) and can install additional alarms whilst on site. This can be combined as part of a regular property inspection, viewing, or as a standalone service.
